Smooth as well as travertine textured polyurethane molds are dedicated to cast architectural concrete without admixture of construction chemical.
When you want to use construction chemicals / plasticizers or ready moistures GRC you have to check if there are no any CHLORINE compounds in their composition. Any chlorine compounds may lead to shrink or stretch of the mold.
Proffered composition of mixtures for architectural concrete:
1/ Portland cement class 400-425 / 50 % of volume
2 / clean, washed sand / 50 % of volume
3/ fiber glass 3-5 % ratio for smooth tiles, travertine and other with texture up to 13 % openwork plates -decorative / volume
4/ for strengthen and at the same time lighten tiles you can add expanded clay aggregate of low fractions in the amount of even 10 – 15% of volume
5/ for strengthen you can use aggregates.
